We currently have over 12000 square meters of farmland that we use to grow the products used in our breakfast. Our father was farming these lands long before we thought of opening a restaurant. The olive trees on the land have been here for generations, with the oldest dating back over 1000 years. All of the olive oil used in our restaurant comes from our trees, and is free from chemicals or pesticides, it's completely natural. We use 2000 square meters of the land for our vineyard, which produces the grapes for our famous grape juice.
All of the produce from our land is free from chemicals or pesticides, and has been since we started farming the land. We believe strongly in serving only the most healthy and fresh produce to our customers.
We have numerous vegetables & fruits growing in our farm, including tomatoes, cucumbers, aubergines, peppers, celery, apricots, parsley, peaches, grapes, pears, apples, figs, cherries, pink tomatoes and everything you find in our restaurant
