Traditional Turkish breakfast

"Zeytinalti" means under the olive trees.  It is situated in a vast garden of plum, peach and olive trees. It is a place where you can hand pick natural vegetables and have them on your table. Aside from nature's deliciousness, you can relax in comfy pillows, read your paper or even have a nap in a hammock.

our vision

Our family has been living in Alacati for over 100 years, but our origins are in the Balkans, modern day Kosovo, which can be seen in areas of our menu.

We have spent over 35 years working in the tourism sector, from bars and restaurants to hotels. However, the past 7 years have been spent developing our breakfast place.

Our concept was to create a place in nature where families could come and relax with their children, while knowing that we only serve fresh, natural products. People would come as customers, but leave as friends.

So far, we are incredibly happy and proud of what we have achieved, and look forward to many more years of happiness & progress.

The Farm

The land has been farmed by our family for generations, and now the fruit and vegetables go from tree to plate in a matter of minutes.

The Farm

The land has been farmed by our family for generations, and now the fruit and vegetables go from tree to plate in a matter of minutes.

We currently have over 12000 square meters of farmland that we use to grow the products used in our breakfast. Our father was farming these lands long before we thought of opening a restaurant. The olive trees on the land have been here for generations, with the oldest dating back over 1000 years. All of the olive oil used in our restaurant comes from our trees, and is free from chemicals or pesticides, it's completely natural. We use 2000 square meters of the land for our vineyard, which produces the grapes for our famous grape juice.

All of the produce from our land is free from chemicals or pesticides, and has been since we started farming the land. We believe strongly in serving only the most healthy and fresh produce to our customers.

We have numerous vegetables & fruits growing in our farm, including tomatoes, cucumbers, aubergines, peppers, celery, apricots, parsley, peaches, grapes, pears, apples, figs, cherries, pink tomatoes and everything you find in our restaurant
